Morphism provides governance tooling for AI systems, including policy checks, drift detection, and operational analytics.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use.
• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No service interference or abuse.
• No malicious payloads, malware, or credential harvesting.

5. Intellectual Property

Morphism retains all rights in the platform and documentation except for customer-owned data and outputs explicitly assigned by contract.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided "as is" except as stated in signed contracts. To the extent allowed by law, Morphism is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
